Prior to mediation each party will meet with the mediator for a confidential intake appointment to identify the issues in dispute, and to determine if mediation is suitable and if so, help prepare parties for the mediation itself. This is an essential part of mediation.
*This session takes about 45 minutes for non Family Dispute Resolution and up to 1 and a 1/2 hours for Family Dispute Resolution.
3 hours of mediation face to face, on Zoom or by telephone. Extra sessions can be organised if required.
Each party is responsible for their own costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Price includes preparation time, all communication with parties as well as writing up any agreements made.
Additional hours charged at $200 + GST per party per hour.
If mediation is face-to-face, room hire will be added to the fee as two meeting rooms are required.
